In 2018, Michael took on the role of Vice President of Homeowner Success at TurnKey Vacation Rentals. During their time there, they led a team of 65 members, developed performance metrics, and implemented strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Michael played a crucial role in defining TurnKey's core customer and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2018, Michael co-founded and served as the CEO of InvitedHome. Under their leadership, the company became a leading luxury vacation rental management company in the United States, achieving significant revenue growth, high NPS scores, and outstanding homeowner retention rates.

Michael also co-founded and held the position of CEO at Vacation Rental Partner from 2009 to 2013. The company aimed to provide a hassle-free experience for vacation rental property owners through professional listings and syndicated ads.

Before entering the vacation rental industry, Michael owned Vacation Rentals of Lake Tahoe, LLC from 2007 to 2009 and Moore Road Properties, LLC from 2005 to 2007.

Michael started their career as a Motorcycle Engineer at Honda R&D Americas, Inc. in 2002, showcasing their technical expertise in the engineering field.
