Jay Lu

Jay Lu is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in information technology management and support. Currently serving as an IT Manager at New Balance since July 2006, Jay Lu is responsible for developing the company's information system and IT infrastructure strategy. Previously, as a Sr. Network Engineer at New Balance, Jay Lu supported the APAC region and facilitated collaboration with the headquarters IT team. Prior experience includes working as an Information System Analyst at AIA Information Technology (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd., where project management and implementation were key responsibilities, and as a Product Support Specialist at Hewlett-Packard, providing technical support and training to front-line engineers. Jay Lu holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and IT Technology from Wuhan University.
