John Cullen possesses extensive experience in global business development and brand management, currently serving as the General Manager for Latin America and Global Licensing at New Balance since April 2009. Cullen successfully tripled the Latin American business by shifting focus from wholesale to direct-to-consumer, establishing over 70 new stores, and launching various e-commerce initiatives. As GM of Global Licensing, Cullen doubled the licensing business to over $100 million and expanded operations into Asia and Europe through innovative collaborations. Previous roles include Vice President of International Licensing at Mattel, where the international licensing business was significantly enhanced, and a Senior Sales Executive at Centrus Energy Corp, where substantial revenue was generated from long-term contracts. Cullen holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a BA in History from Bates College.
