Michael Byrd

Michael Byrd is an experienced professional in product support, analytics, and collections, currently serving as a Product Support and Costing Analyst at New Balance since June 2013. In this role, Michael is responsible for extracting global production information from various internal databases and creating comprehensive reports on goods and price points. Prior to New Balance, Michael held several positions in credit and collections at Wolverine World Wide, United Auto Credit Corp., and Ford Motor Credit, where responsibilities included managing past due accounts, training junior representatives, and extending lines of credit. Michael's educational background includes studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, certification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Washburn University, and attendance at Worcester Academy.
