Robert O'Donnell has extensive experience in the footwear industry, having worked at New Balance since 1995 in various roles including Technical Development Lead for the Lifestyle and PF Flyers brands, where responsibilities included developing new footwear products from inception to commercialization. Prior roles at New Balance included Technical Development Lead for Domestic products, Manager of R&D Development Services, Tech Service Manager, and Model Shop/Tooling Development Manager, highlighting a strong focus on innovation and technology integration in product development. Prior experience includes positions at Timberland Inc. as a Pattern Engineer and Converse as CAD/Pattern Supervisor. Robert O'Donnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations Management from Northeastern University.
