Roberta Bigoni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in merchandise planning and retail management. Currently serving as the Merchandise Planning Manager for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) at New Balance since June 2022, Roberta has successfully built a planning department from the ground up, leading a team of six planners. Previously, Roberta held the position of Planning Manager for E-commerce at G-Star RAW, where a new planning structure and tools were implemented. Roberta's experience also includes serving as a Senior Merchandise Planner at Calvin Klein, a Retail Merchandise Planner and Demand Planner at Guess Europe Sagl, and a Marketing Assistant at London Garments Expo. Roberta holds a Master’s degree in Fashion Marketing and Retail Management from Istituto Europeo di Design and a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication with Economics from IULM University.
