New Beginnings Cat Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit, all volunteer cat rescue group based in Garland, Texas. We are foster based and the in-store cat rescue for Petsmart in North Garland, Texas. Our focus is to reduce the number of cats euthanized at Garland Animal Services and educate the general public on the importance of spay/neuter.
