Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith has over a decade of experience in database coordination and management, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Raiser's Edge systems. Currently serving as a Data Coordinator at New Beginnings since May 2014, responsibilities include database administration, systems analysis, reporting, and oversight of critical information systems. Previous roles include Database Coordinator at The Fred Hollows Foundation NZ, where project management and donation processing were key tasks, and Technical Consultant for the Cambodian-American Teen Mural Project, emphasizing strategic planning and social media engagement. Lauren also has diverse experience from managing an office at Gaspar's Construction to assisting in marketing at Sweet Marketing Solutions. An adventurous two-year sailing journey across the Pacific Ocean was undertaken prior to focusing on a professional career. Education was obtained at the University of North Carolina Asheville from 1997 to 2001.
