Shauna Cobb

Shauna Cobb is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at New Belgium Brewing, Shauna has previously held significant positions including Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Manager/Compensation Manager. Prior to this, Shauna served as Human Resource Manager at Burris Company, Inc., and Human Resource Supervisor at the Wyoming Department of Education. Additional experience includes working as Operations Manager at Otis, Coan & Peters, LLC. Shauna holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Leadership and Human Resource Management from Regis University and completed the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2018.
