Kervance Ross

Kervance Ross, MBA, serves as the Pastor of Internet & Innovation at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church since December 2019 and operates as the President of KDR Consulting, LLC, a position held since February 2007. Additionally, Kervance is the Owner of Kervance Ross, Inc, which manages and promotes the work of Kervance Ross as a motivational strategist, author, and mentor, highlighted by their bestselling book, *How To Change the Mind of the Mediocre Man…Five Keys To Move From Great to Amazing*. Prior to these roles, Kervance gained experience as an Account Executive at Wachovia Bank, N.A. from 2001 to 2007. Kervance holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
