Jeffrey Jones

Jeffrey Jones has a strong background in information technology and has held various roles in both the private and public sectors. Jeffrey currently serves as the Information Technology Manager at New Braunfels Utilities. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked as a Service Desk Analyst at the City of New Braunfels, TX and as a Cloud Project Manager at Commercial IT Solutions, Inc. Jeffrey also has experience as the Helpdesk Team Lead at Consuro, a managed services provider. Their extensive career in IT began in the United States Air Force, where Jeffrey retired as the NCOIC of the Client Support Center at Randolph AFB. Jeffrey holds an Associates of Applied Science in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
