Vicky Tan

Vicky Tan, SPHR, is an experienced professional in people operations and group fitness instruction, currently serving as the Manager of People Operations at Fandom since April 2022. Vicky has held multiple instructor roles across various fitness organizations, including the New Canaan YMCA and Stamford JCC, while previously managing people operations at Elemy and PulsePoint, where responsibilities included benefits administration, compliance, and recruitment. Vicky's career began with internships in human resources, which laid the foundation for substantial roles in employee development and total rewards at Undertone. Vicky holds a Master's Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
