Human Resources and Administration

The Human Resources and Administration team at the New Canadians Centre is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and development to ensure a supportive workplace for staff assisting immigrants and refugees. They also handle day-to-day administrative tasks, office management, and oversee organizational compliance with policies and procedures.
