Rachael Nolan is an experienced Speech Language Pathologist currently serving at NEW CASTLE COUNTY VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL SCHOOL DISTRICT since August 2022 and at CHESTER COMMUNITY CHARTER SCHOOL since August 2020 as a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist. Rachael has also been working as a Children’s Book Author for Amazon, with the publication of the picture book "Chili and the Komodo Dragon."
