Stephanie Foster

Stephanie Foster is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a CTE Specialist at the New Castle County Vocational-Technical School District since December 2021. In addition to this role, Stephanie has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Goldey-Beacom College since May 1995, teaching courses that prepare students for MOS certification in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
