David del Grande

David Del Grande is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in public service and financial management. Currently serving as the Chief of Technology and Administrative Services for New Castle County (DE) Government since February 2025, David previously held roles such as Director of Finance for the City of Newark, Delaware, and Finance Committee Member for the Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation. David has been an active volunteer member of the Financial Advisory Committee for the Appoquinimink School District since May 2013 and has served as Treasurer for the Augustine Creek Maintenance Corporation since 2011. David's early career includes positions as Accounting and Fiscal Manager and Senior Financial Officer at New Castle County, and Regional Accountant/Budget Officer for the US Forest Service. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Widener University.
