Andy Personett

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and has worked for NCSP and its predecessors at the New Castle site since 1997. He started as the laboratory manager and served various quality and technical roles in the organization until becoming VP of Technical in 2012. His responsibilities include overseeing all quality control, quality assurance and laboratory functions, technical customer service, IT services, and ASTM representation. Andy has two boys, with the oldest currently enrolled at Trine University studying Mechanical Engineering and the youngest attending New Castle High School.
