Mike Stateczny is the President & CEO of NCSP, LLC has more than 40 years of experience in the steel industry and has been in the senior leadership role in New Castle for the past 15 years. He formed M&K Partners, LLC along with Kevin Keeley to facilitate the management buyout of the New Castle business from Outokumpu in 2016.
