Walter Keller, MBA, currently serves as Desktop Support Manager at New Century Health since February 2019, following a long tenure at Sony Pictures Entertainment that began in 1996, where Keller held the title of IT Specialist and was project lead for multiple Microsoft Office upgrades. Prior to these roles, Keller worked as Senior Lead Technical Support Analyst at Zodiac Aerospace, managing performance metrics and team supervision while supporting budgeting and forecasting initiatives. Keller's expertise is bolstered by a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Administration and Management from Keller School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from DeVry University.
