Maren Fischer-Epe

Maren Fischer-Epe has led Fischer-Epe Coaching since January 1988 as Ausbildungsleitung Coaching-Ausbildung and Gründerin und CEO, focusing on assisting companies and leaders in successfully managing learning and change processes by integrating management experience with psychological expertise. With extensive experience in training and development, over 18,000 participants have benefited from leadership, coaching, team, and organizational development programs. Additionally, Maren serves as a Senior Adviser at New Chapter Executive Search GmbH since October 2022. Previous roles include Trainerin at Schulz von Thun Institut and Lehrtrainerin at Fritz Perls Institut. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Psychology and a Magistra in Germanistik, Sport, and Educational Sciences from the University of Hamburg, alongside various advanced trainings in organizational development, systemic family therapy, and Gestalt therapy.
