Erica Shorrock

Erica Shorrock has a diverse work experience in quality systems and compliance. Erica started their career in 2005 as an Environmental Monitoring Tech at Associates of Cape Cod. In 2010, they joined New Chapter, Inc. as a Quality Control Supervisor and later served as a QA Operations Manager. From 2017 to 2022, they held the position of Quality System Manager, where they managed various quality systems and was responsible for developing and maintaining compliance applications. Currently, they serve as the Assistant Director of Quality Systems and Compliance at New Chapter, Inc., overseeing quality systems and acting as the primary contact for regulatory inspections.

Erica Shorrock earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry from UMASS at Amherst. Erica attended UMASS from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications related to the Vault Platform. Erica is a Vault Platform Certified Administrator, certified by Veeva Training Services in December 2022. Erica also holds a Vault Certified Admin certification from Veeva Systems, obtained in October 2019. Furthermore, Erica Shorrock has earned a Vault Platform Certified White Belt from Veeva Systems in January 2022.
