With a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Matthew has worked with organizations such as New City Kids, The Rock Christian Fellowship, Urban Aim, Omnicom Media Group, Pereira & O'Dell, and Samuel Klein & Company. Matthew has excelled in developing and managing programs, coordinating events, handling financial operations, and collaborating with teams to achieve organizational goals. New City Kids
Since 2009, 100% of high school seniors employed by New City Kids have graduated high school, 99% have gone to college, and 90% complete college by age 25 - 10x the national average for low-income youth. Youth from 1st-12th grade are immersed in an academic and artistic environment 5 days a week at our after school centers. Our vision is to walk with a child from age six to age nineteen and be an advocate, family, teacher and mentor to that child. We strive to set these children on a path of life transformation that will carry them forward for the rest of their lives. New City Kids has a national vision with a powerful local impact, currently serving alongside over 500 youth a day in three cities: Jersey City, NJ, Paterson, NJ, and Grand Rapids, MI.
