The Leadership Team at New City Kids is responsible for strategic direction and operational oversight, ensuring the organization's mission is effectively executed across all urban centers. Comprising the Interim Chief Advancement Officer, President and CEO, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer, this team collaborates to drive fundraising efforts, manage financial health, foster a positive organizational culture, and advocate for the development and success of youth participants, ultimately aiming to create transformative life experiences for low-income children.
