Ben Acker

Benjamin Acker has a diverse background in project finance, operations, and research, currently serving as a Project Finance Associate at New Columbia Solar since September 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Project Finance Analyst and Sales Operations Analyst within the same company. At Trinity College-Hartford, Benjamin held the position of Assistant to the Assistant Dean of Community Life and Restorative Justice/Director of Greek Life, where responsibilities included managing communication for Greek Life organizations, event planning, and developing reports. Additionally, Benjamin contributed as a GIS Research Intern at Global Treks and Adventures, focusing on the creation of GIS maps and research for a published field guide. Benjamin also ran a successful arbitrage selling business from 2013 to 2020, generating over $50,000 in revenue through effective market research and customer relations. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Environmental Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
