Pete Speranza

Pete Speranza is an advisor at New Crop Capital. Pete has also served on the board of Good Catch Foods, Pet Plate, Farmhouse Culture, good culture, and Rhythm Superfoods LLC. In addition, they are the founder/business development leader of 301 INC-emerging Brand elevator.

Speranza has over 23 years of experience in the food industry, including time spent at General Mills. Pete is passionate about creating and incubating the next generation of growth beyond the core. To accomplish this mission, they have built a national food innovation network and established strong relationships with food entrepreneurs. Pete is also dedicated to advancing strategic partnerships.

Pete Speranza has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, with a focus in international business. Pete also has a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance from Canisius College.
