LaDonna Welch has extensive experience in the field of addiction and behavioral health. LaDonna began their career as a Contract Therapist at the Steve Hoyle Intensive Substance Abuse Program in 2011, where they provided therapy and treatment to incarcerated offenders. In this role, they also conducted assessments and generated necessary documentation. After three years, LaDonna joined Community Support Programs as a Behavioral Health Clinician in 2014. LaDonna then served as the Program Director at the Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse of Northwest Louisiana from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Clinical Director at New Day Recovery, where they have been since 2021. Overall, LaDonna Welch has consistently held leadership positions in the addiction and behavioral health field, showcasing their expertise and commitment to these areas.

LaDonna Welch earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern State University from 2009 to 2011. LaDonna also obtained a certification as a Licensed Addiction Counselor from the Addictive Disorder Regulatory Authority in December 2014.
