Sydney Williams began their work experience in 2012 as a Sales Associate at Family Christian, where they achieved monthly sales quotas and provided excellent customer service. In 2014, they worked as a Student Assistant at Youngstown State University, resolving student issues and developing strategies to accomplish tasks. Sydney then became a Pete's Pride Marketing Intern, managing a letter-writing campaign and facilitating events with the university's admissions department.
In 2016, Williams joined Keynote Media Group, LLC as a Client Services Manager, where they managed client relationships, created proposals and marketing plans, and conducted market research. Sydney also served as a Social Media Freelancer, creating and disseminating social media updates and providing strategy and consulting for social channels.
From 2017 to 2022, they worked at New Day Recovery, initially as a Marketing Manager before being promoted to Marketing Director. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the company's goals. Sydney then became the Chief Development Officer, overseeing the development and growth of the organization.
