Gina Cappuccitti currently serves as the Senior Director of Housing Access and Stability Services at New Destiny Housing Corporation, overseeing essential support services for survivors of domestic and gender-based violence. With experience ranging from managing partnerships with various organizations to supervising housing coordinators in rapid rehousing programs, Gina has demonstrated expertise in program implementation and client advocacy. Previous roles include Financial Coach at The Financial Clinic, Field Operations Manager at the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children, and Social Impact Analyst at the Adelante Foundation. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from SUNY New Paltz and has contributed to various organizations focused on social impact, program development, and community engagement.

New Destiny’s mission is to end the cycle of domestic violence and homelessness for low-income families and individuals by developing and connecting them to safe, permanent, affordable housing and services. To achieve our mission, we build and manage supportive housing and through innovative programs we assist survivors in finding and retaining housing. New Destiny also advocates for additional housing resources for domestic violence survivor and their families.
