Anastasia Aladysheva

Anastasia Aladysheva is a seasoned professional specializing in strategy, policies, and partnerships, currently serving as a Senior Professional at the New Development Bank since May 2024. Prior to this role, Anastasia worked as an Impact Evaluation Officer at the Independent Evaluation Unit of the Green Climate Fund from April 2021 to May 2024, where contributions included leading impact evaluations of climate projects and co-developing evaluation strategies. Previous positions include Research and Methodology Advisor at the International Committee of the Red Cross, Senior Researcher at SIPRI, and Consultant at the World Bank, with a focus on impact evaluations in various sectors. Anastasia holds a Ph.D. in Development Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute, alongside a Master's degree from Central European University and a Bachelor's degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
