Marcelo Cardoso

Marcelo Cardoso has extensive experience in the legal sector, currently serving as Chief Legal Deputy General Counsel at New Development Bank. In their prior role at Banco Santander, Marcelo led teams in treasury and legal areas. Marcelo also worked as a Legal Consultant at NDB and as a Senior Attorney at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados. With a Master of Laws degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade Católica do Salvador, Marcelo has a strong foundation in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law.
