Yury Surkov

Yury Surkov has over 19 years of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Public Sector Department at New Development Bank (NDB) since January 2017. In addition, Yury holds the title of Head Of Operations Division II for EMEA Countries at NDB. Prior to this role, Yury was the Head of Infrastructure Projects Department at Vnesheconombank from February 2004 to December 2016.
