Lauren Kelly, MS, RMHCI, has a robust background in mental health counseling and management, currently serving as a Utilization Manager at New Directions Behavioral Health since September 2017. Prior to this role, Lauren has held the position of Access Center Supervisor at Universal Health Services since September 2011, and earlier served as a Counselor at Epic Community Services from January 2007 to August 2011. Lauren obtained a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida.
