Melissa Olson possesses extensive experience in mental health services, currently serving as a Community Coordinator at New Directions Behavioral Health since March 2015. Previously, Melissa held the role of Clinical Supervisor at Family Guidance Center, where responsibilities included conducting assessments, supervising a team of mental health case workers, and providing therapeutic interventions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Rape Victim Advocate at the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Act Sexual Assault, where support was provided to victims and education on rights and resources was offered. Melissa began a professional career in customer service as a Server/Trainer at Bob Evans from April 2005 to August 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
