Rick Furlano has held various executive roles in the staffing and healthcare industries. Rick began their career in 1991 as the President of Judge Technical Services. In 2001, they became the CEO of New Directions, Inc., a healthcare organization that matches highly skilled travel nurses and therapists with healthcare organizations. In 2004, they became the CEO of New Directions, Staffing Services, a Professional Services firm that provides consulting, project staff augmentation, and traditional hire services for SAP (ERP), Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, ETL Development, Analytical Reporting, and Associated Disciplines. In 2012, they moved to The Judge Group as President of Judge Inc.
