Erica Tapia

Erica Tapia is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in application programming, business analysis, and systems administration at New Directions Technologies Inc. since December 2018. Previous roles include IT consulting and network engineering, with notable contributions to HARMAN International and an independent practice from 2016 to 2019. Tapia also served as IT Systems Manager for the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs, overseeing server maintenance and end-user support, and worked as an Oracle Database Administrator for the New Mexico Department of Transportation. Tapia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Santa Fe University of Art and Design, earned between 2004 and 2006.
