John Klotz

John Klotz is an experienced Information Technology professional with a focus on security and system administration. Currently serving as an Information Technology Security Specialist at New Directions Technologies Inc. since June 2017, John architects and supports the Vulnerability Scanning Infrastructure for NASA. Previously, John worked as a Consultant at Stone Door Group, conducting implementations and configuration audits, and provided internal support for Salesforce CRM. At IBM, John held various roles, including Information Security Advisor and Technical Project Manager, overseeing security procedures and IT disaster recovery projects. Additional roles include Implementation Engineer at StrongView and Technical Liaison for the Nevada Department of Epidemiology. John’s extensive background also features leadership in enterprise messaging environments with successful migrations and configurations at various organizations. Klotz holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Akron.
