Kelly Curtis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kelly began their career in 1994 at AltaOne FCU, where they served as a Member Services representative and later became a Branch Manager. In 2002, they joined AltaOne Federal Credit Union as the Vice President of Member Services and Lending, a position they held for ten years before being promoted to Senior Vice President-CFO. In 2019, Kelly transitioned to New Directions Technologies Inc., where they initially worked as an IT and Quality Manager, responsible for maintaining a flexible and secure IT environment. Later, they took on the role of Director of Corporate Services, leading the Human Capital Management function and overseeing various aspects such as recruiting, talent management, benefits programs, and facilities security. Kelly has also been instrumental in ensuring compliance with international standards for Quality Management Systems, IT Service Management Systems, and Information Security Management Systems.
Kelly Curtis completed their undergraduate education from 1988 to 1993 at Randolph-Macon College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business. In 2006, they pursued executive education in Strategic Planning at The Wharton School. The following year, in 2007, Kelly enrolled in executive education at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, focusing on Organizational Effectiveness. Finally, in 2008, they pursued executive education in Strategic Leadership at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
