William Welch

Will Welch is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the technology sector. As President of New Dominion Networks since 1992, Will has demonstrated leadership and strategic vision within the organization. Prior to this role, Will served as a Systems Engineer at IOS Associates, Inc. from 1987 to 1992. Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned between 1985 and 1988.
