Karen Boswell has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Karen is currently the Director of Research and Development at New Eagle since February 2022. Before that, they worked at Dura Automotive Systems LLC, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Electronics, Software & Hardware from July 2020 to July 2022, System and System Safety Chief Engineer from November 2018 to June 2020, and Leading Functional Safety from October 2017 to October 2018. Prior to Dura Automotive Systems, Karen worked at Dow as the Quality Leader for North and Latin America from October 2013 to October 2017. Karen also worked at Autoliv Electronics as the New Development Team Leader from July 2012 to September 2013. Before that, they held the position of Engineering Manager at Nexteer Automotive from January 2002 to July 2012 and worked as a Systems Engineer at Delphi from January 1997 to December 2001.
Karen Boswell has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Caltech.
