Jeanette Rawlins Krass has a diverse background in human resources and operations management, with extensive experience across multiple companies. At New Earth Co. since January 2016, Jeanette provides support and guidance on benefits programs and manages related HR communications. Prior to this role, Jeanette worked at ECS Case from November 2007 to October 2015 as a Production Control Coordinator & Planner, coordinating production specifications and managing manufacturing needs. From August 1997 to October 2007, Jeanette served as Office Manager at Amuchastui Building, Inc., overseeing financial tasks, job costing, and contractor scheduling. Earlier experience includes the role of Operations Manager & Purchasing Agent at Infotek Systems from September 1990 to August 1997, where Jeanette negotiated purchasing contracts and optimized supply delivery processes. Jeanette holds education credentials from Klamath Union High School, Oregon Institute of Technology, Oregon State University, and Southern Oregon University.
