New Earth Partners grew out of the original goal of creating a website to assist passion driven job seekers connect with mission driven companies working to create a new world, where animals and our planet are no longer exploited. Passionplacement.com now hosts the largest pool of job postings in the non-animal protein and product space, assisting candidates and companies connect and join forces. Through our initial effort we were quick to learn that there was a huge need to assist entrepreneurs and businesses bridge the gap from their vision to funding, team building and off into growth. Getting the right people in the right places has always been a challenge as is creating an attractive, stable culture built on solid financial projections and planning and doing so in a cost effective manner. Need often outweighs being able to find “the right” candidates who align with and are passionate about the company vision. Staffing with people who believe in a mission or cause is difficult to scale and requires flexibility, creativity and an open minded approach.
