Brett Wood is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Project Superintendent at New Energy Works Timberframers since February 2022. Prior to this role, Brett worked as a Construction Inspector NICET III at Popli Design Group from May 2015 to February 2022 and spent four years as a Carpenter at Kelsey Construction from 2011 to 2015. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Construction Technology from Monroe Community College.

For over thirty years, New Energy Works has been one of the nation's preeminent timber frame and post and beam builders. We offer a range of services including timber frame design and engineering, high performance enclosures, fine woodworking, and of course, some of the most elegant and lyrical timber frames in the industry. We’ve had the privilege of working with some great clients. Some have been struggling young couples who want a modest home in the Finger Lakes region of New York – others have been high-end architects and builders creating magnificent lodges high in the mountains of Colorado. Their common denominator is the love of fine wood, elegant design and old-world craftsmanship.
