Deanna Varble has had a diverse range of work experience. Deanna started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Eric Mower + Associates in the year 2000. Deanna then worked as a Document Specialist at IKON Document Services before moving on to work as a Marketing Assistant & Graphic Designer for New Energy Works and Pioneer Millworks. During this time, they were responsible for various marketing duties such as graphic design, copywriting, public relations, and trade show design.

Deanna then worked at Dixon Schwabl Advertising, where they held various roles such as Interactive Designer, Interactive Strategist, and eventually became the Director of Interactive. In this position, they managed a team of designers and programmers, creating online marketing tools for clients such as Black & Decker, Frontier Communications, and others.

After their time at Dixon Schwabl, Deanna worked as the Communications Manager at Flower City Habitat for Humanity, where they were responsible for all marketing and communications for the organization. Deanna also worked as an AmeriCorps Site Manager at Flower City Habitat for Humanity.

Most recently, Deanna has been working as the Creative Director at both Pioneer Millworks and New Energy Works Timberframers. In this role, they inspire great marketing and is a member of the ESOP Board of Directors.

Throughout their career, Deanna has had various successes including repositioning New Energy Works Timberframers to market to high-end homebuilders and achieving over 100 online, print, and media hits yearly for Flower City Habitat stories.

Deanna Varble began their education at Buffalo State University in 1998, where they studied Public Relations. Deanna attended Buffalo State University until 2000. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004.
