Donna K. Hazard

Donna Hazard is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in the blue economy and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a General Partner at SeaAhead, Donna leads the Blue Angel investor group and is focused on developing strategic partnerships for bluetech investments. As a board member and Immediate Past Chair of the New England Aquarium, Donna oversaw significant organizational achievements, including strategic planning and fundraising. With prior roles as Interim President & CEO, co-founder of Exact Sciences, and director at Genzyme Genetics, Donna has cultivated a strong background in business development and marketing within the biotech industry. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard Extension School.
