Susan Panella

Susan Panella possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including non-profit, education, and corporate consulting. Currently serving on the Board of Ambassadors at New England Aquarium since February 2023, Susan is also the Founder and President of Jupiter Narrows Conservation Alliance, established in March 2021 to protect and restore natural habitats. Previous roles include expertise in corporate learning at Harvard Business Publishing, and significant contributions as Board Chair and Board Member at Peer Health Exchange from 2011 to 2020. With a strong background in strategic marketing and management consulting at firms such as Follett Consulting and Gang & Gang, Inc., Susan has advised multiple companies on growth strategies and market analysis. Susan holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics from Middlebury College.
