Jayne Carvelli-Sheehan

VP, Musculoskeletal Network Development at New England Baptist Hospital

Jayne Carvelli-Sheehan, MSN, RN, CS is Vice President for Musculoskeletal Network Development at NEBH. In this role, she is responsible for identifying care retention and new patient acquisition opportunities.

Prior to joining NEBH, Jayne served as Senior Vice President, System Integration and Care Coordination at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and System. Over her career she has held various roles including staff nurse, nurse manager, director of nursing, and over the last 25 years, Senior Vice President for Ambulatory and Emergency Services where she oversaw more than one million ambulatory clinic and outpatient procedural visits and 55,000+ emergency/trauma visits on an annual basis.

Jayne sits on several not-for-profit boards. She is Co-Chair of the Health Services Board at Dimock Community Health Center in Roxbury, and is on the Board of Directors at Boston Medflight, where she serves as Clerk and Chair of the Board of Medflight’s Development Committee, which recently launched a 21 million capital campaign. She is a past member of the Board of Director’s for Outer Cape Health Services.

Jayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Salem State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Boston College.
