Dan Gearan

Dan Gearan currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Capital and Facilities Management and Director of Capital Projects at New England College since April 2014. With extensive experience in facilities management, Dan previously held key leadership roles at various institutions, including Associate Executive Director of Facilities Management at the University of Southern Maine and Director of Planning & Construction at Saint Joseph's College of Maine. Dan has also contributed to the Eastern Region of APPA, serving multiple terms in leadership, including Past President and President from 2007 to 2014. Dan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Southern Maine, obtained from 1981 to 1985.
