Susan Wayman

Susan Wayman currently serves as the Director and PDSO for International Students and Programs at New England College since July 2021. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Director of International Engagement and PDSO at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology from January to July 2021, and spent 13 years at Nichols College in various capacities, including Director & PDSO for the Office for International Engagement. At Nichols, Susan was instrumental in developing study abroad programs and international partnerships, while also serving as an English and Communications Instructor and Director of the Fischer Institute. Earlier experience includes a role as a Writing Specialist at Pearson Education. Susan holds a Master’s degree in International Administration from Ohio University and a Master’s degree in Linguistics from The University of Texas at Arlington.
