Rhonda Roberts

Rhonda Roberts has extensive experience in quality assurance and control within the food industry, currently serving as a QA Supervisor at New England Confectionary Co. since November 2014. Rhonda began working at NECCO in April 2001 as a QC Technician and has been responsible for monitoring production quality, leading food safety inspections, and training new employees in quality control and food safety practices. Additionally, Rhonda has a background in management and customer service from a previous role as Shift Manager and Stylist at Supercuts, where responsibilities included supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring quality assurance. Rhonda's educational background includes studies at Cambridge Rindge and Latin and Blaine Cosmetology School.
