Colleen Sopp has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of art direction and graphic design. Colleen has held several roles in different companies over the years.
Colleen started their career as a Coordinator at Buena Vista Home Entertainment from July 1998 to March 2000. Colleen then worked as an Online Marketing Manager at 20th Century Fox from April 2000 to January 2002, where they produced websites and managed marketing strategies for movie releases.
Colleen later worked as a Graphic Designer at Group 5 Advertising from May 2006 to January 2008, where they created various advertising materials. Colleen then joined Manasian as an Art Director from February 2008 to January 2009, where they created advertisements and collaborated with other designers.
From June 2009 to June 2011, Colleen served as the Membership Director at Boston AIGA, where they focused on increasing membership and building a supportive design community. Colleen then worked as an Art Director at the Boston Society of Architects from February 2012 to December 2013, where they led branding initiatives and developed various publications and marketing materials.
Colleen worked as a Freelancer - Digital Graphic Designer at J. Jill in 2014, where they designed online marketing materials in line with the brand's standards. Colleen then joined Netcracker Technology as an Art Director / Senior Brand Designer from October 2014 to June 2019, where they were responsible for developing and executing creative concepts to support the marketing and communications team.
Colleen's most recent position is as a Senior Art Director at New England Development, which they began in June 2019.
Colleen Sopp began their education in 2004 at the University of Central Florida, where they pursued a degree in Motion Picture Technology. Colleen studied at the university until 2006. At the same time, from 2004 to 2006, they also attended Santa Fe College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Graphic Design. In March 2019, Colleen obtained a certification in User Experience Circuit from General Assembly.
